RedotPay supported countries
RedotPay doesn't publish a single "supported" list. It publishes two restriction lists: one for card issuance (who can hold any card) and one for physical delivery (where a plastic card can be shipped). If your country isn't on either list, a promo code like REDOT2 or REDOT20 should work for both card types, subject to KYC.
Card issuance restrictions (no virtual or physical card)
Source: RedotPay Help Center, “Card Issuance Restrictions”, dated 28 Aug 2026. Residents of these places can't get a card, and the places can't be used as a billing address:
Afghanistan, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Central African Republic, Congo (DRC), Croatia, Cuba, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mainland China, Mali, Montenegro, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Netherlands Antilles, Nicaragua, North Korea, North Macedonia, Russia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovenia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, United States, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Physical card delivery restrictions (extra places)
Source: RedotPay Help Center, “Card Delivery Restrictions”, dated 21 Jul 2026. On top of the issuance list, RedotPay can't ship physical cards to Egypt, Palestine and Tunisia. Zimbabwe, North Macedonia and Singapore show up on the issuance list but not on the delivery list. Treat them as unavailable anyway, because issuance comes first.
If you live somewhere on the delivery list only, a virtual card (10 USD, ~8 USD with a 20% code) may still be available. Check in the app before you pay.
